Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, maintaining warehouse organization, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with a focus on efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or in a team.
