1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour and requires an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Accurately perform tasks according to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
