Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
