1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As part of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
