Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
  • Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
  • Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication.
  • Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
  • Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform tasks within company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

  • Works both independently and in a team setting.
