1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. You'll be part of the 1st Shift team starting at 7:00 AM and will have the opportunity to work on various schedules including Schedule B.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately within company policies.

Job Qualifications:

Must be 18+ years old and demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies including conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency. Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
