1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This full-time role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrate attention to detail, and operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Ability to act conscientiously, collaborate, demonstrate positive attitude, drive for success, and organize efficiently.

Education and Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.

- Comfortable working in varying temperatures.

- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
