Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with the potential to earn up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, relocating, organizing, and loading merchandise within the warehouse. Additionally, you will participate in inventory counts, maintain warehouse cleanliness, and collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership. The role requires a positive attitude, efficiency, and the ability to adapt to changes while adhering to company standards and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Physically able to perform bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking throughout the warehouse.
