1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position, with the average hours ranging from 30-35 per week. The starting wage is up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
