1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse staff work less than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and handle merchandise efficiently.
