Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Perform tasks with precision and adhere to company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physically fit to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
