1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the shift. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and suggest enhancements.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
