1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, supervisors, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per guidelines and prepare shipments.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for delivery.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with management for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
