1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. Various schedules are available, including Schedule D and Schedule B. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and warehouse cleaning.
• Provide input to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
