Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. The role involves efficiently selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This position requires collaboration with peers and suppliers, adherence to safety guidelines, and proactive decision-making to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Drive for success and execute with efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in various temperatures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
