1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, your responsibilities will include receiving and selecting incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
