1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of products to our stores. With an emphasis on safety and quality, you will be responsible for tasks such as stock selection, merchandise organization, and inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
