1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI, where our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our growing customer base. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. Our warehouse teams work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Act independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and with positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
