Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality products efficiently.

Position Type

Part-Time, Less than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
