1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers and management to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform warehouse cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
