1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, all while maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency set by the company.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
