1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. As a critical member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill orders accurately and provide quality products to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
