1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, handling merchandise, and ensuring warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt to challenges, maintain a positive attitude, and strive for success.
• Organize work efficiently, follow instructions, and make decisions following company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for delivery.
• Operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
