1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, relocating, organizing, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders. You will contribute to maintaining warehouse appearance standards, conducting inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes. This role requires physical agility, the ability to operate industrial equipment safely, and adherence to company policies to optimize warehouse productivity.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical capability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment
