1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communication with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
