1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
