1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking and relocating merchandise, ensuring order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
