1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay).

Shifts Available:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize merchandise in the warehouse.
• Prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adaptable and resilient.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
