1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and preparing merchandise for shipment, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
