1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. The position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires working 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
