1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour. You will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing the warehouse, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. If you are 18 years or older, detail-oriented, physically fit to lift up to 45 pounds, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating warehouse equipment.
