1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders promptly.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious work ethic and collaborative skills.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and efficiently organize tasks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
