1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
