1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores while ensuring a smooth and efficient process. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in both ambient and controlled temperature environments with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, maintain a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
