1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 based on shift and schedule differential pay. The position involves receiving and relocating stock efficiently, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, inventory management, and effective communication with peers and leadership. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in achieving budgeted goals and improving warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies in quality, teamwork, positive attitude, success-driven actions, and organizational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, continuous movement throughout the warehouse, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment.
