1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments for delivery and unload incoming goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and ensure product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
