1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Proficiency in applying company policies, verbal and written communication, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent physical condition to stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
