Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including stocking, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule)
• Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
