Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
