Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to support our stores' operations. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
