1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise throughout the warehouse, and operating powered industrial equipment.
• Adaptable to varying temperatures and physical demands.
