Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
