1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this Full-Time role, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Driven for success and efficiency.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
