1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and supporting warehouse operations in alignment with company guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
