1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform warehouse cleaning tasks.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
