Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve operational goals and ensure product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Skills in communication, decision-making, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Perform tasks involving bending, standing, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
