Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning, inventory counts, and cooperates with peers and leadership.
• Provides input for process improvement and maintains warehouse standards.
• Acts independently within the responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and follows safety guidelines.
• Notifies management of quality, safety, and sanitation issues.

Job Qualifications:

18+ years old, adheres to company competencies, and possesses communication and organization skills.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 45 pounds, standing, bending, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.
