Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the timely receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores, providing high-quality service to our customers. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency at work.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
