1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance according to safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
