1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. With flexible schedules and a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, this position offers an opportunity for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and consult on product quality and safety concerns.
• Act independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Experience in operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
